How to Prevent Phone System Downtime During a Power Outage

During a power outage, you can prevent downtime on your phones by:
- Using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for your network equipment,
- Using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) phones, and
- Using the mobile app.
